CTD Consult is currently providing Quantity Surveying support for the construction of Seat House, a contemporary new dwelling to replace a fire damaged detached 1970’s house on Ogmore’s seafront.

Our construction cost services for this project are required at pre-tender phase, tender phase and construction phase. The architecture and interior of the new dwelling is designed to the highest specification, incorporating energy efficiency benefits. This unique Architectural project is another exciting design from Studio Walmsley.
