We act on behalf of the client as the Contract Administrator for Design and Build contracts and traditional contracts. Our tasks may be extended to the tender process, coordinating novation of consultants, collating contract documents for execution and implementing change control procedure. We co-ordinate all other professionals within the team for efficacious project delivery and ensure transparent communication at every stage.
