CTD Consult was appointed cost consultants for Ludlow Street Healthcare on the successfully completed Overndale House – a large detached property situated in the Downend area of Bristol.

The specification and finish were completed to a very high standard; the project was completed on time and within budget.
Overndale House is a beautiful building that has been fully restored into a Community Home. It offers high quality accommodation and support, based on the Recovery Model. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and there are three communal lounges where service users can relax and pursue their interests and hobbies. The activity room offers facilities for skill development, creative arts and therapeutic interventions. There is a large kitchen/diner where service users can cook and develop their life skills.

In addition to these outstanding facilities there is also a separate individual flat for one service user, again providing first class facilities and accommodation.
