CTD Consult are able to co-ordinate and manage people and resources to achieve results and provide comprehensive Project Management Services as follows:
– Full Time Project Management Brief, including all the services you would expect from an accomplished construction project manager, including: preparation of the construction phase plan, selection and co-ordination of sub-contractors, co-ordination with project consultants, technical buildability input, production of method statements and risk assessments, safety management, quality and environmental assurance, progress reporting, variation scheduling and contract administration.
– Part-time brief preparing and co-ordinating contractors progress reports and meetings.
– Short-term brief to organise and co-ordinate future works to ensure existing site personnel are adequately prepared. Any outstanding procurement can be finalised and scheduled into a detailed working programme.
– Short term brief to aid the site team in reconciling lost programme time. We are experienced in dealing with delays, extensions of time, and re-programming techniques to promote workable solutions.

We provide full support at the pre-construction stage to write the construction phase plan, finalise subcontractor agreements and conduct subcontractor start-up meetings. In essence ensuring critical information, programmes, resources, inspection and test plans, health and safety, environmental, and commercial aspects are finalised and agreed upon where possible. We also provide support at end of project stages to help close out any remaining programmed activities, snagging, O&M’s and sub-contractor accounts.
